Y’all know anybody that wants you to do something but don’t trust you to do it? I know a few people like this and it drives me nuts.

Yesterday my neighbor came in and ask if I had a band saw. Then ask if it cuts straight.

I wanted to say I hope so, it cost $2,300 20 years ago but I said I like to think it does.

He needed one piece cut, about 3/16” off. He had it marked with pencil and ask me to leave the pencil mark.

I cut it right on the pencil mark, came in and put it up to the window. My wife said what are you doing?

I said putting his pencil mark back

 

I bet if we added all these people up everyone knows there are far more then what you think.

 

Now I'm expecting the new hopper or augers to have issues. But at least I have a spare.

If you find yourself up this way, I'll see what I can do about providing you with smoked meats.
