    I am not pipeline trained
    I am fabrication trained
    mig and tig, aluminum, stainless and titanium
    Certified from .050-.250 wall on most of it

    but
    Not exactly the pipeline level of welding
    And with most of those guys out of work
    With 10+ more years of experience

    I’ve basically been getting the short end of the stick on hiring lately

    even more so compounded of a problem because I am “retired” thanks to Uncle Sam.

    which means cash is the only payment I can accept hahaha



    in fact
    Most of my graduating class from last year
    Is still hunting for work
