    Honestly just about any AT tire will be able to handle your needs. My hankook dynapro AT/Ms were plenty capable out in the desert in some places I didn't think they'd be capable. It sounds like you're mostly gonna do road driving, with some fire roads to get to campsites, and some easy dirt roads for some scenic offroad drives? nothing too intense like crawling, mudding, sand dunes, or anything like that?

    I'd just look for the one that suits your preferences most as far as ride comfort, noise, wear, appearances, and pricing goes.

    That’s exactly what I’m looking into! These YouTube videos of camping/overlanding/scenic drive looks fun! I’m not really into rock crawling and such. Haha

    Yup it's fun, but stressful and expensive lol. I think you'll be just fine with any of the popular AT tires. main thing to worry about is price/wear/noise
