Inverter mount. Where to locate the unit?

    rotated tires changed oil threw out the old air freshener.
    Though the 2021 Sport comes with a built in inverter of modest capacity, I would like to add the 700-1400 peak watt inverter that has been kicking around in the shop for years.

    Where to put it, and then to wire it for best use.? Looking for ideas.

    Under the pass. seat is an obvious choice. 8 ga. wire run through the firewall , behind the glove box, under the threashold.. yadda yadda. ????

    Or, 8ga. wire back to the existing bed AC outlet. Rework the entire storage box panel to fit the inverter. That would be a great location for working/camping out of the back of the truck bed.

    There is a bed cap in the works, (ceiling mount?) but mostly we tent camp. More use will come from corded power tools (barely adequate), charging tool batteries and lighting.
