How about going up to a 265 75 over the 265 70, and a more aggressive AT pattern and a 1.5 inch block in the rear.

That was an awesome spin job. Well done. You should consider working for CNN.

Let me add to this. Why is it in forums there’s always someone like you that comes in to try and stir up trouble? You took what I said and turned it into something I had no intention of relaying. I merely stated an observation that happens to be true. If that offends you or causes you discomfort you don’t have to take what I said and make it into something completely different. And if one brief paragraph by a person you’ve never met is enough to tell you all about that individual that is something of an oddity as well. If you’re that insightful I certainly hope you gamble or go to the horse track a lot. I suspect you’re pretty wealthy from betting on your intuition.

Not enough to tell me "all about you" but enough to tell me what I care to know about you as far as your opinion on this topic. Good threadjack, god bless.

I did kind of hijack the thread. LOL. However the OPs situation was practically identical to mine so it kind of all mixed. But you are right.

Fascinating. You have given me and my league of infrequently present naysayers a lot to ponder.

Excellent. Or you could just read what I wrote originally. I’m not doing all this stuff for cosmetic reasons only. Although I do like that aspect of it also. :)

Many many are younger people and don't give a rat's ass about a smooth ride but really really care about look, sound, etc.
I really didn't care about comfort until well into my 40's.
So yes... several thousand (out of over one million don't care about anything but the look. Comfort be damned

I totally agree with you. This is the reason why I stopped driving trucks all together around 2015 and bought a high-end Mercedes-Benz. I wanted comfort. I’m 51 by the way. However I decided to get a truck because we need one in our family and I went with a Tacoma. I always wanted one. I have nothing against making my vehicles look better. I like to do that. I put awesome looking wheels all my Mercedes plus many other very cool modifications including a tune. Of course I don’t want to jeopardize the ride or safety to accomplish good looks. From everything I read here you don’t have to.

I don't care bout your 5% off road use. This thread, and my responses, were regarding a daily driven, stock weight PRO, not your SR5. Minor detail, big difference. Just read the words, you don't have to make a bunch of implications that aren't there. It doesn't help anyone. We are all glad your 33's make you feel good about driving to your hunting camp. It's all about making the truck yours
