Coffee snobs thread - rigs and beans

I'm wondering how many other people here are serious about coffee. If so, what are you drinking, and what's your equipment?

Currently, our drip coffee is Cuvee Columbian, brewed either with a Bonavita or V60. For espresso drinks, I grind with a Eureka Mignon Notte and brew with a 2015 Gaggia Classic that I have modded with some LEDs over the tank. Current espresso beans are Lavazza Espresso Italiano (Costco has them on sale).
