    Hey Everyone,

First off my vehicle specs - 2014 PreRunner v6 4.0L

I just finished installing a URD super charger along with a Hewitt tech secondary air injection system removal kit. I have a TRAC OFF light and Check Engine light on. Below are the codes.
    • P0301 - Cylinder 1 Misfire Detected
    • P219A - Bank Air-Fuel Ratio Imbalance
    • P0519 - Oxygen Sensor Circuit Slow Response (Bank 2 sensor 2)
    • P0139 - Oxygen Sensor Circuit Slow Response (Bank 1 Sensor 2)
Below is a list of the parts I've installed in the last month.
    • New Thermostat
    • New Fuel Injectors
    • New spark plugs
    • New Fuel Pump
    • New trans cooler
    • supercharger
    • New air intake with MAF sensor plugged into it
    • New oil filter on the fuel lines coming from the tank
    • Oil Reservoir for the supercharger, along with a filter and oil cooler.
    • New Cam gears (95% sure the timing is right however)
    • UCON ECU from urd
    • Hewitt tech full secondary air injector system removal kit (removes the Air Valves + the air pump + the air pump controller)
    • I also have URD long tube headers on with the spec U exhaust that came with an O2 simulator that is installed
Any help is appreciated, my only thought is a bad spark plug possibly? Also the car starts and drives fine. Honestly have no idea where to start.

    Is the P219A a Bank 1 imbalance?
If so, Cylinder 1 is on bank 1. (The P0301)
I’d start with trying to get that figured out.

Then look into the O2 Sensor situation you have going on.
Sensor 2 is the O2 Sensor, I’m going to go with the simulators.
But I could be wrong? I’m not saying they are “bad”. I thinking the simulators are causing codes.

Anyways, I’d certainly start with the P0301.

The scanner didn't say what bank, but when I googled the code it said it was the bank associated with cylinder 1 so I assume it is bank 1. I'll probably check the spark plug/fuel injector tmmrw, and check all the vacuum lines near by as well
