    Hey guys!

Super stoked to have bought my first Toyota over the weekend. As you can see it's a 2012 Tacoma, Regular Cab, 4WD with a stick. Found this in Tennessee and made a deal to bring it home. Drove 5 hours down there and 5 hours back Saturday and Sunday. I was worried about driving it home that far with no plate....but hopefully having my wife hugging the rear bumper in her Subaru, all the way home, shielded off some of the (about 12) different police cars we went by.
I got it up on my lift last night and the frame is just pristine. Definitely something to be said for southern trucks. Now I need to keep it looking just as good going forward even with the stupid chemicals they put on the roads here in the winter.

Only issue the truck has is a CEL, which the owner told me about before I drove down there. Seems like he didn't worry about it because the truck runs fine. That's not how I roll though. I pulled the code and the interweb seems to agree it likely indicates the rear O2 sensor is bad. I pulled it out and ordered a new one. Should be here tomorrow.

    Phil

Great truck! You have the best wheelbase out of everyone if you off-road.
