Wireless USB

Is there any such thing as a "wireless USB printer cable"?

I'm envisioning USB Type-A dongle that I can plug into my PC and a corresponding dongle I can plug into the USB Type-B dongle I can plug into the printer.

Then I could set up my printer across the room and print to it wirelessly.

And no, the printer does not have wireless capability built in.

other end i cant find a pic of but its the square USB into your printer with an ac adapter.
I cannot guarantee drivers still work for it but make me an offer.

I plugged it into my w10 machine and got a WSD print device in deice manager, no errors but i can't test it on a printer. The status lights on both are blinking green. Retails for $70, i'll sell it for $50 plus postage.
