    Hey y'all,

Sorry for the stupid question, but I've been searching this forum and google and haven't been able to find any. I'm just looking for pictures of the stock suspension between a 2nd gen Sport and Off Road. It was my understanding that the ORs had the Bilsteins and the Sports had Toyota's own shock (could be totally wrong here.)

Got under my Sport the other day to do some maintenance and noticed that shock did say Toyota Bilstein on it. Not sure if I'm just stupid, or if the previous owner had swapped for the offroad suspension? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Both the TRD Sport and TRD Off Road package came with Bilstein shocks.

That answers my question! Looking more, it looks like it's when they switched to the 3rd gens that the sports came with the Hitachis. Is that correct?

Ditto 2nd Gen Sports had Billy’s. My Sport Billy’s vs the Pro Billy’s (6112’s) replacement.

I appreciate it. Honestly not a huge deal because I'm upgrading this summer, but it was really throwing me off.

That is correct. I have them on my 15.
