Starting new job in Alaska and looking to pull my travel trailer. Specs for the camper are: GVWR 3,518 lbs.
    Hitch Weight 298 lbs

I towed it from Salt Lake to Wyoming but I am being overly cautious about towing it to Alaska. Thoughts?! Should I get a bigger truck?

What will your trailer weigh when fully loaded for the trip? How much weight will you be hauling in your truck with passengers and stuff in the bed if the truck?

BUCKLE UP! It makes it harder for Aliens to pull you out of your Truck.
It’ll be fun (they said). Good luck with the new job!

Is the road paved all the way? Ignorance asking.

Just about. Minor sections of dirt/gravel that vary each year for maintenance.

You'll be fine. Make sure the truck and trailer are in good shape and have plenty of extra gas, you'll most likely need it with the abysmal fuel economy you'll get.

Make sure to have documents ready proving your work and purpose. BC is doing check stops for tourists invading.
