Hey all, I just wanted to share this because I think it's important that people know when someone does a great job. It's really easy and common for people to post up when a company does something wrong, and not at often that a something right or better than right, is expressed.

The guy from Tacoma Pros (I'm so bad with names, I believe it was "Z"), is awesome, at least to me, and I wanted to share this.

I'm taking my wife camping for her 30th birthday this coming weekend, and was planning on swapping out my Dakars for some U402 prior to the trip. I noticed the other day that the dakars had finally started cutting into my OE shackles, one of them quite significantly. I searched around for some new shackles and all the local dealers said 1-2 weeks, and online ordering wouldn't arrive in time (in fairness this is because of my procrastination and being busy with work, not being able to get under the truck sooner).

I've always planned on doing a hanger/shackle upgrade but couldn't really justify it, but at this point it just made sense. BAMF and Archive were just too far out for lead times + shipping. I happened to remember seeing the Tacoma Pros one in the GB section and decided to take a look. I noticed they were in Artesia, and decided that while I was down at Deaver picking up my springs, I'd give them a call. Luckily, they had one set left on the shelf. Unfortunately he was out of the office, and wouldn't be back for a few hours, and I had to get back up to my office and start working on the truck. I was going to temporarily fill weld the gouges shut, and deal with it later.

While working on the truck, Z called me back, letting me know he was in the office and had his hands on the set. I told him unfortunately I was already tearing the truck apart, had no transportation, and wouldn't be able to get down there. After explaining the short-notice trip situation to him, he offered to bring me the kit up at my office. That's awesome.

Within a few hours he had shown up with parts in hand.

This dude drove these parts up to me from Artesia, to Upland, in afternoon traffic to make sure I would be able to finish the truck correctly in time for my wife's birthday trip, and wouldn't even take any extra gas money on top of that. This is solid customer service, and what it's all about.

The kit itself is really nice. Great looking welds, nice laser cut edges. I'll post pics when I get a chance, but just really wanted to share this. As of this moment, I only installed the shackles to replace the beat up oem ones, as it was getting late, and I knew I didn't have the time to fuck with getting those rivets out and all that fun stuff. I'll do the hangers when we get back.

Anyway, I just wanted to express it to everyone here that I am impressed with the customer service, and hope that everyone else can show these guys some love.
