    Can confirm the oem solution works on my 2018 TRD off-road. Oem solution comes with a grommet installed over the cables so that you don’t have to cut through an existing grommet. Cleaner install. There is a blank grommet below the carpet of the passenger’s side, right about where your right foot would rest. Remove that and feed the cable through. Seals nicely. The cable bundle itself has a heat shield and comes with stainless ties for the areas of the cable run that get close to the exhaust system. Took about an hour.
