Adding USB and 12v sockets

    Hi. 2010 SR5.

    I want to add an additional USB charger either 2.4 or 3.0 to the rear console behind the rear cup holders. 12v socket style preferably.

    I also want to install an additional 12v socket below the passenger center console A/C vent.

    I am not sure on the wiring of both. I’ve seen YouTube videos and some write ups and saw different ways of wiring it up. Some used an add a fuse and piggybacked it to the 15A in the fuse box below the drivers side a/c vent and others added an in line fuse that was no where near the fuse box and didn’t show what wires they used to tap into.

    I want to DIY this and I think I can do it. I also want to learn at the same time.
