Too bad she said the wrong torque figures for the old Tacoma 4.0 when she was comparing the 3.5 to it.

With that sweet CeMint Taco to get away with, she could outrun anything her captures could throw at her.

I noticed that too. Think she was referring to the 4R 4.0 figures.

I found that strangely compelling. Is she Aubrey Plaza’s cousin or something?

I’ve never dated or married a gal who couldn’t drive a stick like a pro. Or Pro.

    True story.

Lucky you, although all the gals that I know that are American and can proficiently drive a stick come from rural or small town background. They all learned it from their fathers and brothers, and quite interestingly a lot of them drive VW.

If a woman can drive a stick, it highly indicates the possibility that she has had amicable relationship with her father and male family members, and thus lower risk of having daddy issues.
It also demonstrate that she grasps the concept of gearing, torque, speed, acceleration. That can mean that most likely she's a rational person that you can reason with.
Additionally, she also has good coordination, that's a plus.

I won't make it a prerequisite to date a woman, but definitely knowing how to drive stick is a huge plus.

Hey man. She built a MR2 Turbo project car all by herself. Doubt many folks on this board have the car knowledge and wrench skills to do that.

My wife can drive a stick. She can drive a nail too. And does plumbing and electrical and can run
circles around most clowns (dudes) who claim they are into construction work. She runs circles around the
inspectors too... once house hunting she whipped out of her back pocket an electrical current tester
when the agent said 'these wires are not hot'... dared the chump to grasp them firmly.

She also holds 3 Master's degrees and has been published dozens of times and referenced dozens of times....

I've come to the conclusion that people who are threatened by women of intelligence and power most likely have neither themselves.

Folks have already defended her wrenching skills, I wish that was enough for her.

Love my manual, not sure about the video though....

I have noticed though, when the 3rd gen first came out, I saw almost no manual trans reviews. Now that the auto has been thoroughly shat on, I've been seeing more and more, especially for the 21s.
