If Tyler can drives down to Victorville or Mojave CA he can get a busted plane to go with it.

I'm having a hard time figuring out your notes. Whats that table at the bottom of the second page mean?

I'm drawing a picture on my end.... because I need a schematic.

It should be fine as long as he gets it running, usually they only care about inoperable vehicles, right?

Finished getting the 4runner road worthy this afternoon. Oil, coolant, topped off the transmission power steering and break fluid. Now to start the fun parts of the build.

That’s what each pin goes to. There’s three connectors on the thing:
    - Main Connector x Airplane, identified by the Star
    - Rectangle Connector x Main Connector, identified by the Triangle
    - Relay Connector x Rectangle Connector

The 11 pin diagram is the relay connector. The 8 pin diagram is the main connector. The missing diagram is for the rectangle connector, I didn’t include it.

Each wire is labeled with a number and so are the pins. I know it’s a smidge confusing but let me know if I can clarify anything.

Got another trip to the storage unit in, filled some more boxes to donate, and came up with plenty more trash.

Also got the Jeep loaded up on the trailer

Ok, I'll have a look at it again tomorrow when I'm less brain fried and more caffeinated.

Its kinda looking like that control board is sending 24V to actuate the relay, which then provides power to the heating element.

I see, and that would make sense.

Let me get you some better diagrams. My incoherent ramblings aren’t very helpful.

Here is the control panel without the circuit board plugged in. The top left is the relay connector 11 pin, and the bottom connector is the big ass rectangle connector that connects to the main connector to the airplane.

Pin 10 and 2 of the relay (which was apparently needs the 120vAC power signal) connects to that terminal block in the center that’s grounded to the case, and the other pin goes directly into the circuit board.

Hm. I was reading that relay marking as being a 24V coil on 10 and 2 with contacts being good for 400Hz, 120V with a 10A resistive load. I tried to find a datasheet on it and it seem like they're all locked behind paywalls.

Its interesting that those switches on the front panel are rated for 125VAC as well.

this is the most complicated coffee maker I've ever seen in my life. I love it.
