Does anyone have some advice on installing the CBI Antenna Mount (passenger).

At first glance there isn’t an obvious place to bolt this thing. No instructions came with the unit. If anyone has any pictures or a thread they can point me to I would appreciate it. Didn’t find much when I searched.

    Hey, man-
Did you ever get your antenna bracket figured out/installed? And if yes, do you have a pic I can reference?? I'm having a hell of a time- The one I have looks different than the one on their site- Mine is stamped with a D (assuming for drivers side) and an A M... I reached out to them a couple of times and they are going to send me a PDF showing me how to connect it- He said i'll need to bolt it down to the fender, not to the upper (hood), as I had assumed- Looks like it's going to be a lot more complicated than I expected (if it even fits properly).

Yeah, give me a few minutes and I'll send you a pic. Basically you have to remove the plastic cowl piece that runs along the windshield. Remove I think one of the hinge bolts and bolt the mount to that location and an existing hole. Give me a couple and ill post it up.

That's great! Thanks for posting these. Mine is driver side and I ended up having to remove the edge piece that attaches to that side of the wiper cowl and also cut quite a bit of the cowl back. I don't like having to cut, although i'm not sure if the cowl is really needed on the driver side. From what i've read, it really is only somewhat "needed" on the pass side to keep water away from the intake vent. I'm in AZ so maybe not much of an issue. Thanks again!!
