Got a friend who is taking some lightly used Icon Billet UCA's off his truck, thinking about picking them up. Has anyone had longevity issues with the heim joints? How often do you need to replace them compared to the bushings found on the standard Icon UCA's? I drive up to the mountains in the winter so the truck sees salt but not a ton.

Haven't been able to find people reporting too many issues so I take that as a good sign but if anyone has insight let me know.

    Thanks!

I don’t have any experience with them in control arms but I originally used them on my XJ 3 link and track bar. I would not recommend them for a daily driver, especially if road salt/sand could be involved.
