    Penndot actually was of some use. The tanker just got loaded up with gasoline at the terminal up the road. When it flipped, It dumped 1000 gallons on the road. A Penndot crew were leaning on their shovels nearby and saw what happened. A guy jumped in his loader and dug a hole to block the gas from getting into the storm sewers. The ramp will be closed for the weekend while hazmat crews dig up all of the contaminated soil and fix the road.

    PS. There is a reason for the 15 mph signs on the ramp.
