Problem with files

Why on startup I plug my flash drive in and I can click on files and it will show the different files to choose. But after a while instead of letting me scroll the files it shows as 1 and if I want to pick a file I have to start from the top 1 by 1. You guys understand?



I can search and jump straight to a file when I first start the truck.

After a while it stops and won't let me scroll through the files. It will show up on the main screen, but if I wanted to search a
certain file I have to go 1 by 1..


I'll post a vid later if nobody understands..

This is using my USB flash drive...


I click files show all the files.... but 5 min later I try click on files it will go straight to the first file.

So I'll be number 53 and ask the question. What kind of files are these, Spreadsheets, DOC., JPEG, MOV. WAV.....lol. LOL is not a file BTW. Neither is BTW.

Is it different when you're moving and when you're parked?

 

Neither is Zim.

I haven't used it in a while but I used a thumb drive for about 2 months straight without issue. I think we're going to need that video so we can see exactly what you're doing and if anyone can recreate it.

 

Maybe a formating problem. Try another drive and see what happens. Other than that, I have no idea because I'm old..lol
