Where to buy a lift kit?

Hey fellow Canucks. I am looking for a 2-3" lift kit for my 2013 DCLB. The local shops are not responding to my inquiries so I am now trying to source the parts on my own. Looking for an OME, Bilstein or Eibach kit. AAL or new leaf pack in the back, at this point it doesn't really matter as long as I can get it in Canada. Looking to spend up to $2000 CAD for the parts. Any suggestions for online shops that have inventory in stock right now? Thank you.

Edit: just re-read your post, $2000 might be enough for the shocks only, not the springs
