    The guy I bought this one from, he and his brother own a large landscaping and mowing place. This was his personal mower, had about 600 hours on it. He was asking $4,500 for it. He sold it to me for $4,000. It was probably a 10-12 thousand dollar mower with the vacuum new. No way I could afford that.

    Speaking of post hole digging.... my oldest went with his buddy today and did 7 holes with a rented machine... not sure which style but his buddy texted me and said “ wow, Christian is a really hard worker” I said yes he is and ty for Giving him the opportunity to earn some money today .... Christian came home and said... dad I made 70.00 today digging hole.... :thumbsup:

    Yes without the weights the front gets light when the hopper gets full. I don’t know what they weigh but it drives so much better without them.

    That's awesome. I supported myself for years doing work like that (left home at 16, was unqualified for basically anything but hard labor side work). Learning to work hard like that will serve him well, at least it did me.

    That's really neat. Some of the Asian markets around here sell fizzy drinks that use a marble stopper as well, not as cool as that antique though.

    Heading out around 9 to service 1 rider and 2 push mowers with Christian. Then Iv got choices to make. Can hit up either 2 of my buddy’s places to finish or gain ground on there mower services (ordered parts came in) or hit up my brothers to help him. All depends how I feel after this mornings projects. You boys enjoy!
