So I swapped out my OEM Bilsteins for some upgraded ones and had to cut the bolts because they were seized to the bushing. I ended up getting some 10.9 grade bolts because stronk.

Now Im starting to think I might fuck myself over in the future if they seize up too. I did use anti seize on them, but am also thinking the salt brine used in my area during winter might not care and Ill be spending a lot more time grinding these ones out over a lower grade bolt in the future.

Should I down grade the bolts or is my set up ok?

    You're ok.

Its good practice to replace bolts in that type of service.

If the future brings seized bolts, then a hot gas wrench will take them off just as easy.

You're fine. And if 10.9 seizes it cuts the same as the factory bolts.
