People buy 80-100k mile Tacoma’s around 22-26k and don’t bat an eye. This one won’t sell to the regular buyer though. In fact I’m not sure who the type of person is that likes to buy 5+ yr old but ridiculous low mile vehicles, and a base model Taco at that. That price is probably more than it cost in 2014.

From what I’ve seen though in other Toyota circles, there are currently a plethora of goofballs both pushing acceptable used prices upward, and also a separate group cheering on those people doing it. It’s fine for resale but these same people will find themselves back in the used market in all likelihood and then start to bitch lol.

I mean I got offered $26k for my 2010 75k miles Tacoma from Carmax last month, which is an increase from the offer I got from them late last year.

I bought mine for $27k drive out back in fall of 2009

Our trucks are hot!!! The used car market is hot , just like the real estate market

I bought my 2007 Tacoma (reg cab, 2.7L 4 cyl, 4WD, 5 spd MT) for $15k in 2014 (from a Chevy dealer, no less). It only had 56k miles on it and looked pretty darn good (still does). My first Taco, more or less by accident, because I wasn't specifically looking for one. I just had to have a truck pretty much that day. 4 years after I bought it, I got me a new frame. Runs like a top, and 'feels' better than ever on the road. I make up little errands so I can have an excuse to drive it - you know, "hey honey, I've got to run up to the barn store to get a coupla things". Anyway, it's the best $15k I ever spent. To the only person whose opinion really matters (that would be me) it was a great deal :)

I can't see anyone storing a Taco in a temperature and humidity regulated garage, so wonder how the rubber seals, grommets and belts will hold up after sitting for 6 years and only 1K miles use. I suspect it'll end up a leaky tub.

Agreed. My opinion, the Tacoma likes to be driven.

I didn’t know the interiors came in that color combo. I might have to convert mine to the
Black and Tan, I kind of dig it.

I was looking at a used 2021 Tundra Nightshade I think it had 5,000 miles on it. List price was above 55,000.

I came here to say this. I’d rather buy one with 12k/year and well cared for.
