I am trouble shooting my rear wheel ABS sensor issue on my rear passenger side. The sensor itself looks nicked from something inside the hub assembly.

When visually inspecting inside the abs sensor hole, there is a shim, spacer, call it whatever, that has a lot of side to side movement. Other side does not.

Is this a sign of a bad wheel bearing? Otherwise no noticeable noise from the wheel.
