    Are there grab handle's or hooks in the rear for mounting. I don't have a access cab, just curious.

    No. I think that's the problem. There is a single bolt on each side but no handles.

    Yeah, same as the sunroof models. He is coming out with that version and will use the Dome light location as an attachment point I believe.

    This mod of the Meso product works just fine for access cabs.

    17in TRD Wheels/KO2 265/70/17/Carven exhaust/MESO Hitch Light/MESO Total Stage 1 taillght/MESO V5 Switchback Mirror Signals/S1 Baja Designs ditch lights.
    Couldn’t wait for MESO to make a rack for the AC so I Bought the sunroof hex rack and modified it to fit. Had to flatten out the front bend and make some brackets for the rear mounting point. Very happy with the results. The rack is actually really sturdy and looks great. Now just have to clean it up and paint the brackets. Might make a plate to replace the brackets later.

    Here's an update to what I did with the meso hexrack in my access cab. Found a rollbar pouch that was pretty much the perfect size for both length and width. It's meant to be mounted vertically so the zipped pockets are optimized for that orientation but that's a small inconvenience.
