    That's what everyone called him b4 he passed away last year. The day I moved in, 3 different neighbors said "it's a great neighborhood, just watch out for that guy."

    He once called the sheriff on 4th of July. Told them my neighbor had hostages and explosives. Swat team came out, it was a mess!
