So can you run an intake manifold spacer with the Procharger? I'd assume so...

What did you go with for the other gauge? Can't decide what I want next to the boost gauge.

Edit: Nevermind just zoomed in (eyes aren't what the used to be)

Shouldn't be too much of an issue if any.

Spitballing here.. An ancient article but some interesting finds. I'm think I'm gonna mess around with this concept a bit. http://www.superchevy.com/how-to/engines-drivetrain/sucp-1211-supercharger-wastegate/

TLDR: You run a smaller pulley to make more boost earlier, and add a wastegate to bleed off any excess unwanted boost. The idea is to get more low-mid range boost since centrifugal blowers don't make full boost at lower rpms. Kinda similar to what an electronic wastegate on a turbo car does.

I also don't think the included Procharger bypass valve necessarily operates ideally as it is. Maybe there are some gains to be had tinkering there as well? I'm just one of those guys that's never happy with things as they are...:welder:

Aside from slapping on the Procharger, what else have you done to make more gains?

Which exhaust setup? I just slapped headers on my N/A truck. Hoping to bolt one of these on by next year.

I've had the gauge installed for a a week or two and it has worked great. It started doing this yesterday and I have no idea why. The connection to the sensor is good and the fuses aren't popped. Also normally when I turn the gauge on it will say "HEAT" and rhe little outside circle will go to about half and turn on.

This is key on, truck not running btw

    (Ps happy birthday Willie Nelson)

The O2 sensor probably failed, the bosch sensors are notoriously unreliable. Since it's so new I'd try RMAing it though AEM.

That was unbelievable fast. Won't I just run into the same problem again? How much would a nicer sensor cost

Ehhhh, Yes it should last longer but how long it lasts depends on many things and this is why AEM might try to tell you to take a hike. My original AEM sensor out of the box only lasted a few months. I picked up another Bosch sensor and this one has been fine ever since, but I got a 2nd spare JIC.

    A. Is is installed correctly? These sensors are extremely sensitive to bung placement. I'm sure you saw the notes in the instructions about the sensor angle, where did you install it?

    B. You generally shouldn't have the sensor heated without the truck running. I'm pretty sure this is how I fried mine as I was spending a lot of time truck off with the HP tuner.

    C. An overly rich tune is can foul the sensor.

    D. Act of god?

These sensors sound kinda like garbage. I really don't want to completely unhook it all to return to AEM and might just buy the sensor

AEM agrees with PhoS and they are sending me out a new sensor. I did however have to do this before they would send one which I thought was funny:

From AEM: What we can do is proceed with a Field Destroy in order to have a replacement sensor sent out. AEM only request you provide a picture or video of the faulty sensor completely destroyed and unusable. This can be done by simply unplugging the gauge harness from the sensor and cutting the wires attached to the sensor. Once proof of destruction is received, a replacement will be shipped within 1-2 business days. Let me know if you have further questions20210430_144809.jpg
