If this question has been asked/answered already, perhaps someone can point me to the thread.

I bought new skins and went up a size, 265/70-16 to 265/75-16, gained a half inch of radius/clearance. I went out camping with a buddy a few weeks ago and felt one of the front tires rub while the truck was in some moderate flex with a full load. I didn’t think it would be an issue with the 1 inch lift that comes stock with the PRO Fox suspension.

Anyways... So now I’m thinking about doing something like a 1-2” body or suspension lift. My reservation with doing a suspension lift is that’s a BIG part of what I paid for with the PRO package, and I’d prefer to keep that aspect as close to “stock PRO” as possible. I had a 3” suspension leveling kit on my old OR, and know what it can do as far as added stress from the spacers. I’m not very knowledgeable about body lifts, but was thinking that 1” or 2” would give the extra wheel space I want without altering the stock PRO Fox suspension. Thoughts?

Again, if this has been discussed elsewhere show me where. I looked and couldn’t find what I’m trying to learn.

All depends on what the tire is actually rubbing on. If it’s the cab mount then no amount of body lift will ever correct it.

Lifts do nothing for fitment of larger tires. Yes, larger tires will give you better ground clearance and approach angles but remember.... your suspension compresses and extends as you hit bumps and dips, which means that if you can't fit the tire at stock height without rubbing lifting won't help unless you jack it up eight inches.
When your suspension compresses it will take it back to stock height.
See where it is rubbing then bend cut chop heat grind cut to make the tires fit.
    Good luck.
