    Howdy homies, I’m relocating to Austin next month from FL. Do any of you guys attend Trucks and Tacos in Georgetown when it happens? I just found the event page today, tryin to get an idea of what kinda stuff I can get involved in.

    Welcome! Do you know what part of town you’ll be living in, or are you just starting the search.

    We were heavy into Cars and Coffee before COVID hit. That’s held at the Circuit of the Americas. Then there are all of the other meets and wheeling trips - they’re heavily advertised here and the TTC thread. Stick around - you’ll hear all about it.

    I’ll be in Leander specifically. Just an apartment. Waiting on a house to be built around Georgetown area, but north of Austin is where I’ve kinda been hovering. Hopefully the cars and coffee scene picks up again soon now that vaccines are starting to roll out.

    A little something every chance we get.
    Good Morning ATX! Driveway seems empty without LBR! Should have my AC quote today. Like I'm not going to do it or something! I'm hoping the shop is as good as it seems - 3 year warranty and new parts, no re-mans.

    I wanted to go OEM on the Tundy, but the difference in price between that and aftermarket was $994. So aftermarket it was! The manufacturer is PGW, and they also make.... windshields for Toyota!

    It will. The NASCAR race at COTA is next month, and that will go on, come hell or high water.

    Where is your house going up?

    I’m still alive but fuck all this social media shit. I’ve never needed a social media account to prove myself. You go through life helping folks that’s enough proof when I meet my maker at the pearly gates.
    Love all ya but life is about helping people and don’t need to post on here what I ado for folks.
    I can fabricate, cook and serve with the best of them. Can you lay down at night and feel good I helped someone. But what Makes me who I am is helping folks. I’ve never turned down anyone for help, food or a place to lay down.
    Folks on here should reflect on what they do for there strangers, friends or folks that need help.
    I go and setup for the homeless shelters and cook all night long feeding and wrapping to go packages so they have something to eat for the week. When have y’all done that. They all ain’t druggies. Lots of them are abused misplaced moms with children’s that need help. This I my last post on TW but I challenge y’all to reach out and help. Dam go volunteer at at a soup kitchen. Just take the time and talk to them.
    This is directly to you Bob you need to reflect on life also. Great site but you have put money before life.
    Then I’m gonna ask @tcBob to Delete my account.
    @T-Rex266
    This is for you I’ve had a lot of time to investigate what kind of person you are. Lol my pockets are a lot deeper than yours. You sir are a perfect example of a true piece of shit. Life is long I hope we meet some day.
