    Hello,

I'm pretty new here and I couldn't find anything regarding this, forgive me if there already was.
I'm interested in upgrading my coil springs. I understand the fronts are coils, and the rears are leafs. Will there be any issues if I was to swap the leafs to coils? Would I need to upgrade UCA or anything like that? If it's worth knowing, the only suspension wise thing I've done is upgrading to Bilstein 5100's front and rear. I have a 1' rear block along with it.

    Thanks in advance!

    Yeah.
    Welcome to TW.

No, you cannot change to coil springs in the rear without doing some major fabrication. If you really want rear coils, the best thing to do is trade it for a 4Runner.

Thanks for the hasty replies. So if I was to proceed, I should look into upgrading leafs in the rear and coils in the front. I was looking at Old Man EMU for the front. If I got those would I need to upgrade my UCA as well? I told the people who installed the Bilsteins to go high as possible, but It looks like a sagged a bit now. I'm sitting about 1.75 higher at the moment.

There are companies that make kits to convert the rear leaf suspension into a 3 or 4 link rear suspension. But they are expensive and you’ll need to find a good shop to install it
