I recently purchased a 10lb. Do you think a 10lb would fit on the molle panel that you have, with the bed cover closed?

For refills, don't forget the majority of the cost is for labor. the price difference between 5 to 10 or 10 to 20 lb tanks is minimal in comparison. Go for the largest tank you can fit / afford. A larger tank will pay for itself (versus the smaller tank) within a handful of fill ups.

I purchased a set up years ago from onboard air, it had a 20lb bottle, mounting bracket, regulator and hose for like $280 bucks. I will say the one thing you want to do when putting your own kit together is get a hose that is rated for CO2 because if you use a regular hose, it will freeze up and crack pretty quickly. I was using the tank in may garage and learned that one the hard way. Other than that, its not hard to put together. hydro test is every 5 years and I think it cost me like $40 bucks to have it done and they had the bottle for 4-5 days. One thing to note, when they hydro test it, they strip the bottle so if you put a bunch of your favorite stickers on there.... be prepared to lose them all. The only stickers on mine when it came back to me where the safety warning stickers.
