    Hello,

I'm curious about alternatives to off the shelf leaf packs (ome, deavers, dobis, AP, etc).

Does anyone have experience with Sacramento Spring and having a pack made?

Any feedback, firsthand or not, is appreciated.

I bought a set of Entune LT springs with a broken main a few years ago. Sac Spring did a stellar job of getting what I wanted. Dude is pretty cool. The Entune springs had super shitty metal and kept breaking. I had Sac Spring replace as they broke. After the last one broke I said I wouldn't do it again and bought a set of Deavers. He did say it would be cheaper to find a broken set of springs and have him redo them rather than him making a set. That said, every time i came in needing 2 springs done it was a $400 bill to walk out. Thus the reason I went with Deaver. $1300 for H70 at my door. So in my opinion buy the correct set of Deavers and use Sac Spring for repairs as needed. None of his springs broke on me.

@Y2kbaja thanks for sharing your experience. Sac Springs does seem to prefer "re-working" leaf packs versus building them from scratch. He recommended bringing in the stock tacoma leaf pack (which i dont have) and he would build off of that.

Because I don't have the stock leaf pack for Sac Spring to do, I'm now looking at Alcan or Deaver.

yes, he would prefer reworking vs building. material is costly right now as is gas to fire up the burner. I recommended a friend have his F67 Deaver pack re-arched and he's happy with Sac Springs results.
