    @crazyfingers Chuck, just get them to do it and pick it up. Don't look back. I promise you won't regret it. After doing my skids myself, and having the sliders (both times) done by Joes team, I will get it done every time.

    I can definitely sympathize. It would be great if you could track the progress from start to finish. I've never dealt with any other shops for armor so I can't compare their processes to Mobtown's. I'm pretty sure though that I've heard people complaining from time to time about no stock and delays with them. My guess is, no shop owner wants to experience delays in production.

    Hello,

    EDIT 4/28: TL/DR the “in stock” stuff on Mobtown’s site is actually in stock, and if your experience is anything like mine you can expect it at your door in just under two weeks.

    I ordered an in-stock aluminum 3rd gen tacoma front skid on 4/14, and got shipping # on 4/15 (awesome!). However, 10 days later the tracking still only says label created, nothing has shipped.

    I move across the country in roughly three weeks so I just wanted to see if this will ship in the next week(s) or if it will be cutting it close. I don’t mean to pester, but I figured since it was in-stock it wouldn’t be a problem, and I love your skid design.

    EDIT 4/27: The skid has shipped, and is supposed to be here Wednesday 4/28. If it gets here then, that’s honestly pretty quick!

    EDIT 4/28: The skid came, it’s great, and I put it on by myself using a water jug as a makeshift jack in less than an hr. It looks and feels extremely beefy for aluminum. Great job Mobtown!

    @Mobtown Offroad any plans to produce the bed rack side panel? I have a trip in August that I would like to have this for. If not I'll have to fabricate something on my own and its not going to look good!
