I've got a 2nd Gen Taco with Leer 100R camper shell, and full Icon Stage 4 (AAL) that sags with anything in the bed (to include a 40# cooler).

The sag drives me nuts, and affects the ride obviously. What is an appropriate fix for this? I'm debating between another AAL, or possible a Dakar leaf pack. Thoughts? I'd like for the truck to at least sit level with a load, and maintain close to factory rake without load.

I don't load down with overland gear, but a few hundred pounds of camping or snowboarding gear is never out of the question.

A few mods here and there and counting....
I recommend the Icon RXT leaf pack over the Dakar.

Man I'm in the same boat you are, ICON stage 4 saggy rear end with the same topper and bed mat. Pretty upsetting to spend that kind of money on a lift and a stock tacoma set up the same doesn't sag.

I think I'm biting the bullet and spending more money to fix ICONs problem on a heavier duty pack like the Ironman performance pack unless there's a better option.

You can't blame the suspension company when you buy expensive shocks and coilovers, but don't pony up for a replacement leaf pack. An AAL is a bandaid fix. RXT, Deaver, ATS all make great replacement packs, just don't get OME
