I’ve got an email in to ECGS but they’re closed for the weekend so thought I’d ask here.

The OD of the new ECGS bushing I received has some discoloration- almost looks like oxidation- but I can really feel any difference in the surface. Is this normal?

Looks like a little surface rust from someone's bare fingers touching it.

It really will not matter in the slightest, especially given that's the press fit side.

If you are really REALLY bothered by it buff it off gently with a little green scotch brite or some 1000 grit wet sand paper then slap it in.

It will ultimately make no difference.

Oil it up and push it in!
