Finally broke down and got my first Tacoma. 2020 Cement Grey TRD Off Road XP. Traded in my 2016 Wrangler JK 2 door. Got fed up with not being able to haul anything and playing tetris to pack for fishing trips.
After a particularly wet trout fishing trip on the Tellico River in TN I went to the Toyota dealer the next day and traded the Jeep for my Tacoma. Love it so far. The Wrangler was definitely more fun to drive but the frustrations and impracticality outweighed the driving pleasure. Also thinking of buying a 14-16 ft canoe so any hauling tips/advice are appreciated.

Welcome aboard! I’m interested on canoe hauling ideas as well, though I have an access cab with the 6ft bed.
