I’m sure this has been covered, but I can’t find the answers. I picked up a Pelfreybilt rear bumper, had it re-powdered and did the install today. Came out great, love the look. My questions are:
1 Do I need a different trailer electrical hitch for this bumper? Stock doesn’t seem to fit.
2 License plate lights. The stock ones off of my bumper don’t fit very well. Much thicker material, and the screw is too short? What to do?
3 The mounting bolts almost “fall into” the mounting holes. I suspect I should put some big ass washers on them.
I bought this obviously second hand, no install instructions although it’s pretty self explanatory. And help appreciated.

I have the same bumper. Mine is coated in Line-X. I didn't need to add any washers or anything for the main bolts. The hitch plug fit just fine. As for the license plate bulbs mine didn't fit well so I got some ebay LED ones. For whatever reason they fit much better. Truck looks good. I spent 2 years hunting down my aluminum front Pelfreybilt bumper and rear bumper. Shame what the company did. I hope this helps! Mar_2021_Rear.jpg

Hey Matt, thanks for the info. I'll try again with the hitch plug, not sure why I couldn't get it to fit but I was rushed. Did you have to trim it at all? I picked a Pelfrey aluminum front bumper as well that is at powder now, looking forward to the install of that. Definitely a shame what happened to this company as they did build some extremely nice stuff. Post some more pics of your truck, I'd like to see the front.

I put mine on in a Walmart parking lot after a 4 hour drive! Ha! FEF_Mar2021.jpg Mar_2021.jpg
