    I have a tiny egg pan. I only do large or extra large eggs. I’ve only ever done one egg in that pan but decided to try two today. Would do again.

    Pro tip, if you want round eggs for
    sandwiches or more appealing plating, use a mason jar lid band. Just remember to hit it with some Pam or grease so the egg doesn’t stick.
