2019 Toyota Tacoma TRD Off-Road

Hello all I'm current stuck between choosing 2 different lift/level kits of the

Rancho 999915 + 999319
or
OME EL111R Leaf Springs + OME 888

I would also have you get a set of Bilstein 5100 (I'm having a hard time finding something that says the 5100 will fit my 19 tacoma)

Aside from having to purchase struts separately they'd both cost me about the same
