    I recently ordered energy suspension 8.5118 for my 02 5lug taco with 27mm bar .well bracket didnt fit. So i took some measurements and ordered energy suspension 9.5162 for 27mm.it worked perfectly.so yea ,01-04 5 lug are 27mm small bracket and this kit work. Now some black paint and grind the washers from one side to clear the bracket and we are done.Hope this help for someone.
