“Pro” grills are on every Tacoma I see in SoCal..

Nahhh, we also silently "tsk tsk" others personal choices which don't affect us.

 

It’s not a “PRO” grille, it’s a heritage grille. Just sayin.

 

Don't give them any ideas. Hah.. Damn things are probably made in China as it is.

I'm starting to like this grille sans lettering though. I've read there are issues with the bracket for TSS. Did you get lucky? Or have those issues been addressed?

 

Matte black with smoked vinyl emblem. Haven’t installed it yet since I still have to spray it with matte clear. Have some custom emblem vinyl coming soon too.

 

Pro Grill checking back in

 

I pieced this one together out of mail order parts.

 

Did not have a single issue with the bracket. Maybe I got lucky. I have the 5100s on the truck and bigger tires, and that didn't bother it either.
I think he does make them without lettering as well.

 

The pro grille is the best looking one in my opinion. I remember I took it off and went back to my stock sr5 grille and had so many non tacoma people tell me the pro grille made the truck look better. It's a very badass 80s looking toyota design should've came stock on all trims.

 

When keeping it stock is different, Two thumbs up...

 

Miss my old xtrek grille, sold it with the truck since someone bought the sr5 grille off me lol

 

Plasti-dipped my chrome Sport cheese grater grill. The grill and the outer band, then hit the emblem with white to match the truck.

 

Does anyone wish to sell their stock grille? I need to take my truck in for recall work, but I don't want them to disable the TSS.

 

I’m pretty sure when they “disable” it they just turn it off threw the dash menu and you can just turn it right back on... that’s what I did.

 

Somebody offered me money for my Pro floor mats a while back...
Guess there's a market for anything.

 

If folks like the pro look so much, why don’t they just buy a pro?
