    I apologize, but I liked yours so I did mine in gray too. Thanks for the idea!! Did the chrome logo on the wheel caps, not sure I like it with the wheels not blacked out, so that may be next.

    Looks good man! Black on black is cool, but everyone has that now, I wanted a tasteful contrast. I actually did black first, then gray to try for a gunmetal look. Not sure how much different it came out from only gray.

    I used this stuff to fill in the area behind it.

    Then I let it cure for a week. Then did some lite sanding (80 grit) and then applied the automotive adhesive to it - and it's been on ever since.

    I've driven it over a thousand miles so far. Haven't fallen off yet.

    I did something like this but thought it would make it too heavy for the adhesive to keep it on...I guess I should've finished and tried it out.

    When it cured - it wasn't all that heavy. I also used the 3M super strength molding tape (picked it up at ACE hardware). Worked great.
