Myself as well, I went with the Rays lug nuts - they looked the simplest, less busy of the higher end lugs.
Now they will sit on my workbench until sometime in July or August, waiting for my wheels...

After waiting almost 6 months I went from the TRD Sema wheels to the Rays TE37 XT in 17x8.5 and -10 offset. I paid a little extra for the gunmetal color to keep it close to the Sema wheels but black would have looked nice as well. The only minor disappointment was they weighed 18.6 pounds when I was expecting 17 pounds as per Chuck @ShowstoppersUSA. See the link below. I called him and he said it might be the special color but I don't think it would be that much. They are still 6 pounds less than the Sema wheels but 3 pounds more than the 17 inch TE37 SL wheels I put on my wife's RAV4 last year. I would have gladly put on the TE37 SL wheels on my truck but they don't make them in a 6 lug version. I still like the OG style but the X series style is growing on me.

Nothing on the cab mount? Or welds? Just liner?

Looks like just the liner on the front and a little on the back.
