All vehicles are junk, buy a Donkey if you want something to last. I got trucks, Suburban 4x4, Jeeps, a rally car,, and a sand car. Lots of fun, but just another pile of shit on 4 wheels. Best thing I ever bought was a Donkey.

6112/5160's full skids S&B custom OV tune RR7-H (Wildpeak)
I just had a tune about 2 weeks ago on a 21' sport 4x4 dbc sb. Everything is stock except an s&b CAI. Took a 5 hr dive to pick up some armor from SOS here in SC, and my mileage blew me away. Before the tune I was getting into the low 17's in mpg at 80mph, and even at 70pmh I would still only get into 18's. I feel like these pictures speak for themselves. If you have 3rd gen and it isn't tuned, you are missing out on what the truck is capable of. Also went in yesterday for the 5k maintenance and not a word was said about it so NO, THE DEALERSHIP CANNOT SEE IT. There has been some arguments about that. Yes if a tech downloaded your ecu and dug through the maps they could find it, but it is hard enough to get them to accomplish what they are already supposed to be doing, anybody honestly think they are going to take the time of day to do all tht? The answer to that riddle is no. 81mph.jpg 90mph.jpg

To be fair, you're also barely through the break in period and colder weather will negativity impact MPG in addition to winter blend fuels. I can often get 21-23 MPG at 70 MPH during the summer. The winter went down to the 17-18 like what you were seeing.
