I bought my 17’ OR DCLB 4x4 last year with 36000 miles on it and just recently hit 50000. I’ve done one oil change thus far but am wondering what other fluids I should change or look at changing? Additionally, this is my first 4x4 and would like to know if there are any other fluids or components that need regular maintenance because of the 4x4 system? I’ve only taken the truck off-road a couple times and even then the trails were light.

The Maintenance Guide in the glove box has all that info.

Front diff and transfer case for 4x4s, rear diff, radiator, transmission (not sure on the autos but manuals have a regular service interval), brake fluid, power steering...I'm probably forgetting one or two.

The owners manual should list all the service intervals for these fluids and any I might be forgetting, some intervals vary based on how you use the truck.

Diffs. You can do the transfer case, but mine at 58k looked pretty good still, so I'd get it next oil change. Tranny drain and fill might not be a bad idea either. Mine at 58k looked like coffee.

    Start here:

    https://www.toyota.com/owners/resources/warranty-owners-manuals/tacoma/2021

    Change to your year/model

    Get the Owners Manual.

    Get the Warranty/Service Interval Manual.

    From my 2021 Service Manual.

DCLB - Automatic, so nothing to be done (there is a long list of things to check Automotive fluid, so skip for now). Front, Transfer, Rear diff. Yes, a good idea to replace fluids.
You probably have an original battery, but with Santa Barbara weather, you are fine). Here in Texas, the heat cooks batteries, so we don't get more than three or four years out of them.
