Adding a swingout to my bumper and want to move the camera so it's not blocked by the tire. Searched high and low for a kit but it looks to me like Pelfreybilt (lol) was the only people making a bracket for it.

Are there any other kits out there? Weld on/bolt on, doesn't matter. Can't seem to find one.

You can get the license plate ones. Not sure if you would like that option, but plenty of vehicles have them. Not sure if you could make it work with the OEM camera.

Well it exists haha you can see it here. It’s just the bracket but it’s be easy to extend the wiring with some CAT5 cable.

If you don't want to leave a hole in your original tailgate, I've got an OEM backup camera + original mounting bracket for it for sale on the local CL. $60 CAD ($45 USD) shipped to you in the US.

E9C0A27F-B561-4728-95D2-B42F25CC7BBB.jpg I took mine wrapped it in foam and stuck it through my hitch. I don’t tow anything and it’s recessed and safe, ghetto, but it works

That's genius. Did you have to extend wiring?

So has anyone confirmed who might be making these besides Mobtown? Sent them an email, and hoping for a response.

Have a HC with hidden hitch and swingout, so the tire and jerry can holder completely block the view of the camera.

Brute Force Fabrication lists a backup camera relocation bracket on their website.

Great, cheap fix. Did you use foam pipe insulation?
