    Wife and I moved the family to Kentucky about a year and a half ago from Oregon; we're loving it here! We're in Bullitt County (Shepherdsville) at the moment but just recently bought land further south in Nelson County (Bardstown). Happy Derby weekend folks!

    I'm in Lexington and stay busy. I wish there was big water, big mountains, bigger public lands, and snowy winters.

    But I'm fine with reasonable car laws, roads that aren't full of pot holes, good personal freedoms. There's a lot of worse places to live these days, and imo most of the people live in those places!! :crazy:

    Get your ass to red river gorge man! It’s the best we got to offer nature wise, that and eastern ky. Louisville is the best city in Ky. Been here my whole life, it works for now. Can’t wait to move out west once the kids are grown though. Need to get away from Ky politics and the shit air here in the Ohio valley.
