What do you guys think about my hat?

Hello fellow 3rd Gen owners.

My brother in law recently started getting into embroidery. Purchased some stuff to start his own business and what not. I told him I would pay him to make me a custom hat inspired by my 2018 Cement Tacoma. Here is the result!

I'd like to give him feedback for future reference. What do you guys think?

 

Would make a pretty neat morale patch.

I've seen this before but I can't remember where on the truck it is, I've been looking for 3rd gens in the pick-a-parts which probably won't happen for a few more years but would love to get my hands on one of those pieces just because it's cool.
