Like I’ve done with every other new vehicle I’ve purchased, I drove my Taco no faster than 70 for the first 1000 miles, with no quick acceleration. Then I had the oil changed at 1000 miles. It’s been running fine since. I’ve never had any engine problems in any of my vehicles in 30+ years.

Took her to dinner the first night, some drinks and smooths words. Was a gentlemen and took it easy during break in. After a few months, just smash it like it owes you money

With the prices going up for used Tacos, it just might owe you money after all.

My '21 I drove normally to break it in, although no clue why the rear diff developed a strange quiet rotational ticking noise in the first hundred miles, dealer ended up completely replacing the rear diff @ 300 miles under warranty hah.
